If you can obtain thick sections, use the probe Isotropic Fakir, and tissue that is preferentially oriented may be used.

If you have thin sections, you can’t use preferentially oriented tissue, but if you make vertical sections, you can use the Cycloids for Sv probe, or if you make isotropic sections, you can use the Merz probe.
